The Agricultural Extension & Advisory Systems Modernisation Programme equips participants with the strategic, institutional, and technological skills required to transform traditional extension services into modern, demand-driven, and impact-oriented advisory systems. The programme responds to changing farmer needs, climate risks, digital disruption, and the growing role of private sector, NGOs, and innovation ecosystems in agricultural knowledge delivery. The course integrates extension theory with digital agriculture, pluralistic service delivery models, climate-smart advisory services, and results-based performance management.
